If you clicked this video, you probably feel like you are spinning a hundred plates right now. Maybe your mind is racing, your shoulders are tight, and you feel the need to control everything around you just to keep it from falling apart.

This 8-minute routine is your invitation to stop spinning.

Today, we are going to use our bodies to physically practice the act of surrender. Through rhythmic movement and grounding postures, we will "exhale" the stress and "inhale" the peace of God. We will unclench our hands, lower our shoulders, and practice trusting that He is in control so we don't have to be.

📖 SCRIPTURE REFERENCES Verses to hold onto when you feel out of control:

Psalm 61:1-2 (Lead me to the rock that is higher than I)

Proverbs 3:5-6 (Trust in the Lord with all your heart)

🙏 PRAYER FOR TODAY "Lord, I surrender. I hand You the schedule, the finances, the relationships, and the outcomes. I choose to unclench my hands and trust that You are holding it all together. Thank You that I can rest, even in the middle of the storm. Amen."
