Описание к видео HKIAC-CIArb EAB YMG Joint Webinar: Arbitration of Intellectual Property Disputes

On 1 January 2018, amendments to the Hong Kong Arbitration Ordinance came into effect to clarify that all disputes over intellectual property rights may be resolved by arbitration, and that it is not contrary to the public policy of Hong Kong to enforce arbitral awards involving intellectual property disputes. 2021 is the 5th Anniversary of the HKIAC Panel of Arbitrators for Intellectual Property Disputes.

HKIAC is pleased to host this event jointly with CIArb EAB Young Members Group. Please join us in person or online for this roundtable discussion and update regarding arbitration of intellectual property disputes.
