Join me in today's video for an Instacart Shopper Ride along, where we talk about Instacart batches and new Shopper rating system that some shoppers have received. This is brand new rating system that Instacart has not announced to all shoppers, yet. It is a thumbs up/down system based on customer satisfaction. All of the details on this new rating system have not been announced, but many shoppers already have the information, and have for weeks. This new system has not been rolled out to all Instacart shoppers, but seems more forgiving than the current 5 Star rating system.
Shoppers are hopeful and we don't have 100% clarity on this new system, yet.
