OTTI🫓 is the Coorg style rice roti, which is prepared with leftover rice. It's soft like phulka & mostly served with spicy nonveg/veg curries.

Leftover rice - 2 cups
Rice flour - 1 cup
Warm water - 2-3 tbsp (as required to knead soft dough)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
