Today's flight takes us from Gig Harbor to Vancouver, Washington using a Pilot POV camera.

I chose to land runway 26 at Vancouver based on wind direction and previous landing aircraft.

Upon landing at KVUO, there was an aircraft that decided to change his original plan to takeoff runway 26 and he taxied to the opposite runway holding short on runway 08 preventing me from exiting runway 26.

We got it resolved as he taxied passed my airplane onto the runway allowing me to pass him onto the taxiway.

He should have held at the runup area knowing I was landing runway 26 preventing the conflict.

Another option would have been for me to back-taxi on runway 08 to the next taxiway, but there was an airplane on base leg landing runway 08 and it likely would have resulted in him having to go around.

We both learned something from the experience. As they say, a good pilot is always learning.
