A solo flawless completion of Legend "Presage" Weekly Exotic Mission with Whirling Maelstrom Aspect on Strand Hunter in Season of the Witch, Destiny 2 Lightfall.

Another new Aspect to try out - Whirling Maelstrom, this time around in Legend Presage. It seems to be very strong and gives another purpose to Tangles, making them super useful. I am fairly confident it will finally make Strand Hunter much more viable in higher difficulty activities.

As for the rest of the build, I am using Assassin's Cowl for Grapple-Melee combo to heal and create Tangles. Additionally, I have Quicksilver Storm as it is simply the best Strand weapon in the game. It benefits from Unraveling Rounds and generates Tangles. Scorn have Void shields today so I decided to use Void Waveframe GL to deal with that. Lastly, I am using an Arc Rocket Launcher to match the Arc activity surge. Full build can be seen at the start of the video.

You can get the Dead Man's Tale pattern from Normal difficulty and the intrinsic upgrades seem to drop from both Normal and Legend. Legend is much more fun though!
