The case of rape accused Pastor Timothy Omotoso continues in the Port Elizabeth High Court this week, starting today. The court will hear arguments in the application for a mistrial to be declared by Omotoso's legal team. They are accusing state prosecutor, Advocate Nceba Ntelwa, of coercing witnesses to commit perjury. Omotoso and his co-accused Zukiswa Sitho and Lusanda Sulani are facing over 90 charges related to sexual offences and human trafficking. Mcebisi Ngqina is at the High Court.
