2015 Kia Optima Hybrid battery malfunctioning.

My car decided to die on the way to visit my mother who is in the hospital. After getting it towed home I was able to record this video to show the Hybrid battery malfunctioning while I was on an extremely busy road. Luckily it is still under 100,000 miles and if it is indeed the Hybrid battery, it is covered by Kia and the warranty of the vehicle. So here's hoping for the best!

Following the error message I then park my car, turn it off, and attempt to turn the vehicle on. Which it is unable to do.no longer wants to do.
