iSmart EHR superbills may help to save your time. If diagnoses or procedures were entered within a Chart record, then just click ‘Superbill’ icon in the left sidebar to be switched to the Superbill page. The marked items in ‘Procedures’ block reflects procedures entered in the Chart Record. In ‘Diagnoses’ block the system marks and highlights patient problems which are active. You can deselect them as needed.
Apart from marked and highlighted items there are also other diagnoses which constitute the list of high usage problems. To add items to the list click ‘Add Diagnoses’ button. Enter a problem’s code or description, select the record you need and click ‘Save’. The picked diagnosis has been added to your high usage list. You should perform similar steps to update your procedures high usage list.
You may also enter relevant information into the ‘Notes’ field to be sent along with superbill.
Once completed click ‘Save and Submit’ button.
