Edit: There's a recent cheat found after this video was made and it's ALL_PUENUT which makes all stats 50, not 100 like the hotrod cheat.
I saw a video on this not that long ago but it wasn't in english and wasn't a fan of the quality so I decided to make my own. Could of put more effort in but I'm a lazy asshole so.
