TORUN the MEDIEVAL POLISH CITY where COPERNICUS was Born. l Day 1

I traveled by train to the 8th Century Polish Town that survived WWII. Torun is located in North West Poland and it's a site to behold. Both a beautiful and mysterious city, it's the place where famed astronomer Nicolas Copernicus was born. Torun is located on the banks of the Vistula river. I met up with a subscriber here and we walked the streets of the old town together. We stopped for lunch and admired the beauty of this centuries old city.
