Sometimes we feel like we are both "thrown into life" and are hurtling forward in some direction. Meditation can give us this pause; a sort of "velocity zero" that helps us adjust to the momentum of thought. That's our inspiration for this edition of The Do Nothing Project!

What is the Do Nothing Project all about?

This is an experiment in doing … not much. Together.

Every Sunday at 8pm EST, Jeff (or a guest host, like DNP moderator Andrew Lenards) says some words of greeting, and then guides a 25-minute meditation that everyone can feel free to ignore. The time can be used to meditate, or doodle, or to stare vacantly into space repeating ‘the humanity, the humanity.’

The whole thing has a nice community feel, with people from around the world accomplishing nothing together. If you miss a broadcast (like maybe you have a “job”), it will be archived on this YouTube channel, so you can watch it later, on your own timeline.
