First, and likely only, AMV I'll ever make.

It started out as just about Frieren, but it progressed into more of a【Frieren x Himmel】tribute - which isn't surprising given that Himmel had a tremendous effect on Frieren's life after his death.

I chose this song after seeing a "Where the Hell is Matt" video (2012 version, IIRC; in a corporate meeting of all places!) a few months ago. I figured it paired nicely with the anime and ran with it.

Had a lot of fun, accompanied by a lot of frustration (mostly around about 20 seconds of the original version constantly causing upload violations - you'll see some bizarre interpolation around the 3m30s mark due to skirting around that; I used a mixture of "strobing" and interpolation on that sequence).

No fancy edits or alterations like many modern AMVs typically have; this was done entirely in Blender's VSE with basic transitions, cross fades, and speed controls, with only clips from Frieren, episodes 1, 3, 14, and 27 mostly. I think there's a few more from other various episodes, but I don't remember. Any supposed "Special FX" are entirely from the anime itself.
