How Strong is Spider-Man in Spider-Man: Homecoming?

Spider-Man: Homecoming has been out on blu-ray and digital copies for awhile now, so I thought it'd be cool to analyze some cool moments in the films. He kept a boat from splitting apart for a few seconds, but how strong would he had to have been to do that?
