Rip Off Britain - Leaseholders Still Unable to Move On

The BBC programme, Rip Off Britain, exposes the continuing plight of leaseholders living in unsafe buildings but unable to access Government funding because their buildings are below the arbitrary 18 meter threshold.

Darren Matthews, an affected leaseholder, and Giles Grover representing Manchester Cladiators, describe how building owners are still able to wriggle out of their responsibilities despite the existence of the Building Safety Fund and the obligations set out in the Building Safety Act.
