Precision Therapy: the NCI-MATCH trial

The NCI-Molecular Analysis for Therapy Choice (NCI-MATCH) trial is for patients (18+) with solid tumors and lymphomas that no longer respond to standard treatments. The trial uses molecular profiling to pair patients with drugs targeting a specific genetic abnormality. John M. Wrangle, MD, medical oncologist at the Hollings Cancer Center at the Medical University of South Carolina discusses the unique approach of NCI-MATCH for enrolling patients on eligible trials.
