Luxe Less Known - Giorigio, Puglia's Star Cheese Maker

Sil and Marc visit the home and the farm of Puglia's award-winning artisan cheese and cured meat maker, Giorgio. Giorgio is a proponent of what Italians call "kilometer zero", which means what everything they eat comes from less than one kilometer from where they live.

Giorgio teaches Sil and Marc the art of making burrata, and then invites them into his house for an authentic Italian family meal of his artisan salumi, cheese, and wine and olive oil from his next door neighbor’s vineyards - all kilometer zero.
