In this video, we will practice or do riyaz of different swar alankars. We will focus on the pure notes and learn how to practice them, by repeating them in different patterns and at different speeds. This is called swar riyaz and helps with voice training, which can improve the accuracy of your pitch. Practicing alankars at different speeds helps with the rhythm or taal. We practice singing the alankars in aakar. Practicing aakars (आकार) in different speeds will also help you with your singing. There are 10 alankars in this episode. You are encouraged to practice a select few for 15-20 minutes everyday.
