INGREDIENTS FOR GARLIC EGG RICE :

Cooked rice - 2 cups
Egg - 5
Garlic - 2 ( whole )
Onion - 1
Dry red chili - 5
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Onion leaves - to garnish


INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN GRAVY:

Chicken thigh - 500 gm
Potato -2
Onion -1
Dry red chili -4
Curry leaves - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cashew nut / poppy seeds powder - 2 tbsp
Yogurt / curd - 1/4 cup
Chicken broth - 1/2 cup
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Dill leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp


INGREDIENTS

Purple cabbage
White cabbage
Cherry tomato
Cucumber
Lettuce
Sprouts
Coriander leaves
Roasted seeds
Sliced almonds

SALAD DRESSING :

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
White vinegar - 3 tbsp
Garlic clove - 1 ( minced )
Mixed herbs - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp / any sweetener
Light mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
