Galois, in collaboration with AFCEA, the Wright Brother’s Institute and Treble One, is pleased to invite you to the second of a series of tech talks intended to foster collaboration in closing the gap on cyber vulnerabilities and unintended flaws in systems software. These talks will be 15-20 minute TEDx-style talks and will feature:

• Dr. Suresh Jagannathan, Former DARPA Program Manager, Purdue University, - Reasoning About Weak Consistency and Isolation
• Dr. Jim Paduano, Aurora Flight Sciences – Trusted Autonomy in the Cockpit
• Mr. Mark Minges, Autonomy Integration Lead, AFRL/RY - AFRL Autonomy Initiative

Each year the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) hosts the Safe and Secure Systems and Software Symposium (S5 - http://www.mys5.org/) as a conference bringing together academia, industry and government organizations to collaborate on a common goal of improving the airworthiness and assurance certification process of future aerospace flight control systems. The DOTS discussions are meant to serve as intermediary touch points for the community of interest culminating annually in S5. The focus of the discussions is to gather thought leaders in the creation of safe, secure, and correct software development techniques and provide a forum for discussions on research, development, and technology transition.
