Bubbles is the skilling pet for the Fishing skill. They are unlocked by inspecting the Bubbles pet item, found while training Fishing.

Bubbles can be obtained by normal and Barbarian Fishing around Gielinor, which includes fishing in the Arc, at the Prifddinas Waterfall, at the Deep Sea Fishing hub (including swarm fishing), in Menaphos, on Miscellania while fishing lobsters for approval, and at the Summer Beach Party. They can also be obtained by feeding fish at the fishery in the Dream of Iaia.
