Today I went after bluefish on the James Joseph party boat, out of Huntington Long Island. These fish get a bad wrap. People tend to throw them back due to their oily flesh and prominent bloodline. But through proper handling and preparation these yellow eyed devils are one of the most delicious fish you can find.
