The Posterior Tibialis muscle and tendon are common causes of ankle and shin pain. In this video, we demonstrate how to use KT tape to support the posterior tibialis muscle around the ankle.

Pain in the inside of the ankle around the ankle bone commonly is due to the Posterior Tibialis having some tendinitis and adding tape in the correct way can significantly improve recovery time when combined with skilled therapy.

This taping can also help shin splint pain that is on the inside of the shin bone. This type of pain is common in runners and those that have either higher or flat arches.
