I stood beneath the old oak tree, lost in thought. The sun was setting, and one of the branches resembled a wild animal, howling at the moon. I felt a strange pull to the branch and hesitantly reached out to touch the bark. I closed my eyes and allowed myself to be taken away by the howling animal. I could feel the sorrow and loneliness of the creature, its pain and anguish radiating through me. I opened my eyes, and the branch was as it had been before, but the feeling of sadness still lingered in the air.
