Easy Homemade Yeast Rolls
Here are the ingredients for the homemade rolls:
1 cup warm water
2 T active dry yeast
3 1/2 cups of bread flour
1/3 vegetable oil
1/4 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1 egg

Put water, yeast and sugar in a bowl. Let is sit for 10 minutes.
Add flour, oil, egg, salt. Mix in standing mixer with hook. Form into balls. It will be sticky. Put some butter or cooking spray on your hands if needed. Should make 12 rolls. Let the rolls rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. .
