Boy, I really do use the team of Cait + Layle + Third person a lot. Well if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

TLDW Guide:

Wave 1: Use a mog dance, but hold off on using other skills.

Wave 2: I think it's a little easier to get through this wave when the enemies get broken, so now use the Layle's force attack.

Wave 3: Normally, I use another mog dance, but things were lining up pretty nicely so I didn't use it. I also start to use Vanilles skills here. You can have Layle apply more force here to keep his Brv+ attack. You can also use a toy soldier here if you want.

Wave 4: Should be easy if Layle and Caits Brv+ attacks are active, so just battery through.

Wave 5: Have Layle and Vanille apply their debuffs. Have Layle use a bunch of his launches here, but generally try to have them lined up decently. Vanille should be pretty much spamming her skills for damage and batteries. Cait can mostly brave attack and use toy soldiers as needed. Save a couple of skills for the second phase of the bird. Reapply the debuffs and swap out Layle and spam energy gain. I also summon when the Layles switch to make sure that the bird doesn't get a turn. There's wiggle room for mistakes, as you can see my launches get out of sync at the end.
