McDonald's in Vietnam is actually good

There are a few reasons why Americans are the most overweight people on the planet but food is the biggest. Fast food chains don't typically work in Vietnam because Vietnamese street food is everywhere. This is one of only two McDonald's in Da Nang city. This was Loan's first time ever eating McDonald's in her life and my first time eating fast food in Vietnam.
