How to Change a LABRET Piercing

Changing piercings can sometimes cause stress for the one changing it...but it doesn't have to be that way! For this quick video, I wanted to show the two different methods I use when changing my labret piercing to a different jewelry piece (in this case, to another labret post). Although changing a piercing can take patience and time (even with these tips, such as wearing gloves), it shouldn't cause you stress...so I hope these tips help!
