ABOUT:
Starflight The lost Colony is an excellent spin off story game that to this day is the only completed fully featured Starflight fan project. I discovered Starflight TLC in the late 2000s when I decided to check up on the progress of the Starflight III Fan Project. I was surprised to see that a whole Starflight game that had practically come out of nowhere! At first I was turned off by the screenshots showing its cartoonish look, but after booting up the game and having a go I quickly fell in love with its graphics. Pretty much everything you could do in the old Starflight games is there, even the good old 3D planet viewport from the old Starflight games is there and best of all there's a whole new galaxy to explore, trade and fight in! The game is now fully released, however one of it's original creator's Jon Harbour is working on an upgrade version but doesn't have much desire to go it alone as there's a lot of work to be done so if you're good with C++ and directx coding then please post here and I'll get you in touch with him!
