My name is Katrina Balkhi, and I understand your journey because I am your journey.

I started where many of you are right now. For most of my life, I struggled to put on weight. I was a "hardgainer" who felt stuck in a body that didn't reflect the strength I wanted to feel. Through trial, error, and a dedication to learning the science of muscle growth and nutrition, I transformed my body from a fragile 93 pounds to a strong, healthy 125 pounds.

On this channel, I am sharing the exact blueprint of how I did it, so you can do it too.

1. Nutrition for Weight Gain (Without the Junk) The biggest myth for skinny women is that you should just "eat anything" like burgers and pizza to gain weight. While that might move the scale, it won't give you the physique or health you want. I teach you how to gain healthy weight. We dive deep into:
