Team Stringmo Celebrates International Youth Day in Collaboration with CRS Dras 90.4 FM

Team Stringmo, a dynamic collective of young girls from Kargil dedicated to art, education, sports and social change, celebrated International Youth Day in collaboration with CRS Dras 90.4 FM.

On this occasion, Miss Zaibun Nissa, General Secretary, and Miss Siddiqa Banoo, Joint Secretary of Team Stringmo, were invited to the FM station to share the team’s inspiring journey, their vision, and the impactful initiatives undertaken to empower youth in the region. Their discussion shed light on the challenges faced by young women in remote areas and the transformative role of teamwork, creativity, and determination in overcoming them.

Mr. Mohd Saleem, Station Manager of CRS Dras 90.4 FM, lauded the members of Team Stringmo for their dedication, achievements, and contribution to community development. As a gesture of appreciation, he presented gifts to the members, acknowledging their efforts in inspiring the youth of Ladakh.
