Hero Electrics announced a partnership with Bengaluru-based battery technology startup Log 9 Materials to offer battery packs for entire EVs. The integration of Log 9's 'RapidX' batteries can fully charge hero Electrics 2W within 15 minutes. Google-backed neo bank Open announced that it had acquired consumer neo-banking Platform Finin in a $10 million cash and stocks deal. Open will use Finin to boost its enterprise business and take it overseas significantly after the deal.
Foodtech Unicorn Rebel Foods announced that it is committing $150 million for strategic brand investment and acquisition across the world.
