The misty moorlands to the north of the dragon's conquest is a grim frontier, sparse and cold, where the north wind slips free of the mountains and awaken the dreams that now go unspoken. Dreams, doom and forgotten oaths hide within those dark and deadened woods, it's bastard folk singing the dirges the fan the flames of freedom and vengeance.
