Why are people quitting Street Fighter 6?

On Twitter, there was an interesting graphic showing the stats of players from each rank in Street Fighter 6. What you might notice is that there are a LOT of unranked Master and Platinum players - likely because the moment they hit those ranks, they stop playing. Why is that? Why are people quitting this game, and what needs to be done for them to keep playing?
