When a bee bites us, it actually injects a venom named 'Apitoxin' into our body from its venom sac. But the real problem arises when the sting of that bee gets stuck in our thick enough skin.

Now as soon as the bee will try to pull itself out from our skin, its abdomen will disband from the body, the digestive tract will break down, and the venom sac will remain stuck in the skin along with the sting, and the muscles tear down is obvious because of this whole process, which leads the bee to death. Note that if this bee had bitten an insect, it would not have died, and this is because of the thin skin of that insect, which would not be able to trap the sting of the bee.
