As Alex Hormozi said, 87% of creators, especially business owners, are living in a delusion when it comes to scaling your YouTube channel. There is a common misbelief that in order to be successful on YouTube, you MUST achieve a high subscriber base, large viewership rates, and achieve virality for each video. But in actuality, this is NOT the case. These outcomes that I just mentioned come with time and it does not equate to a YouTube channel's success.
