INSANE GIANT WALLEYES on SHALLOW Rocks (Fall POOL 2 Mississippi River Walleyes)

On the heels of the Pool 2 AIM and INO tournaments Jordan and I headed out to see how we would fair given that I couldn't make the tourney. Our best 5 fish ended up at 117" with the tournament rules of rounding up to the nearest 0.25". I know that pool 2 has monsters but this was my fist time experiencing the madness, and let me tell you, it's very real. It makes me want to keep fishing in the boat this winter to chase that 10+ pound walleye which is a very real possibility. I was using 3/8 oz chart or firetiger jigs with Scheels 2.8" pro swimmer paddletails and Jordan was using a 3/4oz jigs with fathead colored Crush City paddletails. The fall colors have also brought the fall bite and I'm excited for what else is in store for the rest of the fall!
