Today I will be using my nation 91 account 🤗❤️ with my home alliance (H3L)_ASYLUM_ today I will be teaching everyone how to make labeled threads , their importance and use and also how to keep them organized.
First how to a labeled mail thread.
Go to
-alliance
-group chat
remove r5 or at least one person
-Edits title
-hit create
Then re-add the one person who isn’t in the group
Go to the labeled mail thread
hit the ••• on the top right corner
select that person who wasnt added when the mail thread was originally made.
then hit invite to join
Take note if you remove and readd the one person while the mail thread is being made the label will be removed
Labeled threads I suggest is
-SHIELD TIMES
this is for KE and VOID .. losing resource is terrible but losing your army is completely worse than that
So keeping track of the shield times helps prevent huge losses and also allows players to hide their troops and reduces the chance of your players growth
-LEADERSHIP
this is where can keep your leading team members up to date, informed , have discussions together , emergency meetings and voting agreements
-FORMATIONS
this is the military advisor❤️ thread , thread is only to be read by members. Here the military advisor will post suggested formations for TA ( time attack ) TD ( time defense ) Mother of doom , iron group and SOS etc.
-SCHEDULE
Another thread meant to be read by members. Here the planner❤️ is incharge of this thread. They will be responsible to constant reminders needed for EW ( elite war ) DA ( doom arena ) ZA ( Zombie apocalypse ) VOID and KE ( kill event )

KEYPOINTS - And you can remove people and we add them make sure you remove at least one person so that the thread keeps the name we want to keep the labeled male threads so that everyone knows that they are not supposed to be messed with or deleted
For example if there were new people to join the alliance and if you wanted to keep everyone up-to-date or simply because someone deleted the booklet on accident make sure they are readded into the mail threads and to repost the most recent posts made ..
