Can you buy parts from Soundavo, such as an extra keypad, remote, etc? Yes, Soundavo is more than just a seller, they are the developer and are here for full service, not just to sell the kits


Are the keypads the same as the monoprice? Yes right now they are the same, and Soundavo is developing an alternative LCD lit keypad for another option.

Can it run without using the keypads? Yes, they have ‘AMP-Only” package, so this amp can be operation as stand-alone without using the keypads, you could control this amp via supported APP for the audio distribution and music streaming function.


Why do the keypads look the exact same as the monoprice, but the Dayton keypads look different? The Monoprice keypads are considered the standard, even the Soundavo will release their own LCD backlight display style keypad in Q4/2020, but they wanted to keep the standard version at the beginning of sales.



Why are they more expensive? They really aren’t much more expensive, if you compare with the popular Yamaha MusicCast Multi-Channel Amplifer XDA-QS5400RK and Denon Heos system that has $2599 range price tag, this Soundavo WS66i is a bargain for sure. The most advantage for purchasing this amp is that you don't need to do any re-wire job if you already have the existing keypad wiring setup from the Monoprice or Dayton system. Then consider the fact that these are re-designed, and include 2 wireless audio streamers inside, as well as the module built in that lets the app talk to it. This means you don’t have to buy several hundred dollars worth of extra pieces and components. When this is factored in, they are not much more expensive.
