This North Indian snack is from Rajasthan originally, but is very much popular in Uttarpradesh and Delhi. Very easy to make in home itself with minimum ingredients. Usually this is prepared in Maida flour in bakeries. But we make this with atta which is healthier. Matti or Mattri (mathari)
