On April 21, 2024, a 19-year-old McDonald’s employee was arrested after a drive-thru dispute escalated. Surveillance footage showed her exiting the restaurant, confronting customers, snatching a phone from one of them, and opening their car door. Despite claiming she was being harassed, deputies determined her actions amounted to robbery and burglary with assault.
