Following Russia's invasion of Ukraine around $300 Billion of Russian Cash reserves were FROZEN by Banks & Institutions in the West. For the pasr 2 years those Assets have remained frozen however the USA & the UK are now pushing for changes in international law to allow RUSSIA's FROZEN ASSETS to be Liquidated and used to Fund the defence of Ukraine. This concept is contrary to existing law and in this video I discuss the latest proposals, look at the recent law change introduced by the EU relating to WINDFALL PROFITS on the Russian Assets, provide details of which countries are holding the assets, Russia's response to the threat of losing $300BN and discuss the most likely outcome for the cash.
