Hearing on ‘Rust’ Shooting After Alec Baldwin Charges Dropped

A status conference is taking place Friday over the 2021 fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie ‘Rust.’ The film's armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, is facing two counts of involuntary manslaughter over Hutchins' death. Earlier this week, charges against Alec Baldwin, who had also been charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter, were dropped.
