In this Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl walkthrough guide, we take you through the third area, Wild Island region, with many timestamps and explanations. We hit up some loot stashes that are on the way to the main missions and complete all the side missions tied to the main missions. The main missions include Hot on the Trail and Chasing Ghosts. The side missions include Sign of Hope, Shift Change.

07:00 - This ends Back to the Slag Heap and starts Hot on the Trail main mission
11:24 - Doing the Heavy Burden side mission to gain easier access to Noontider Base for Heavy Burden
11:40 - Search for the PDA on a body and the cargo
19:20 - Stuff For a Rainy Day Stash on top of a smokestack
21:20 - Show the package to the guard to gain entry, continuing Heavy Burden side mission
23:44 - Speaking with Prof. Lodochka to complete Heavy Burden side mission
29:10 - Speaking with Dubny for Hot on the Trail main mission
31:44 - Give anti-rad drugs to Steward to get two Artifacts
34:25 - How to get to Strider
40:45 - Speaking with Lodochka again
43:40 - How to reach the roof for A Sign of Hope side mission
46:00 - Your choice how you deal with the zombie, it won't impact story in a major way (you do get a Bear Detector from Lodochka for shooting the zombie)
47:55 - Returning to Lodochka to complete Sign of Hope side mission (we shot the zombie as Lodocha requested and got the better artifact detector)
53:39 - Underground area near WPS with some loot
55:50 - Speaking with Jumper
1:04:20 - How to find North and get the key for Shift Change side mission
1:07:15 - The key opens the basement but also the office, head to the office first for some loot and lore
1:11:05 - Move around the toxic gas to snag a Buket S-2 Magazine attachment
1:14:30 - Keep your distance against the Controller, and kill it if you want to complete Shift Change side mission
1:19:17 - Access code to get into Monolithian Stash (you get this code after killing the Controller)
1:20:04 - Inductor location (if the Inductor is not here, reload a save because the object did not load in, which is what we had to do one time)
1:22:00 - Save Jumper and Bluish to finish off Shift Change side mission
1:25:20 - Cutscene (Faust and Strider argue and this completes Hot on the Trail main mission)
Chasing Ghosts
1:31:40 - Strider gives you his custom Lynx sniper rifle and Chasing Ghosts main mission begins
1:33:40 - Get to Azimuth by crossing the slim piece of land, the water has high radiation levels
1:39:10 - Check the dead soldier for the Azimuth Station Basement Key
1:45:00 - The dead soldier near the ladder should have the Azimuth Key Card
1:46:40 - Take the left route rather than right route, has fewer traps
1:47:50 - Speak to Foma, he'll die whether you execute him or not
1:49:40 - Grab the Holo Sight and then install the Inductor
1:50:25 - Activate the device, which will end Chasing Ghosts main mission
