220g Fresh Fettuccine
115g Chanterelle
1tbs EV olive oil
4x Slice of Guanciale
2x Garlic
½ Medium Red Onion
Salt and Pepper
-------Fresh parsley and parmesan cheese for the garnish , in the end..!
