Vlogging in Public As An Introvert

What are some Practical Tips To Improve Vlogging In Public As An Introvert, As a Self Conscious Person, As a Beginner? Even in the confines of your own room, it's so scary and nerve-wracking, so what are some guidelines to make creating outside in public in front of strangers more possible?

Here's my #TakeOneVlog take on it! I was hoping there would be more people around the lake, but I guess I'll have to save talking in crowds for next time!

To try the TakeOneVlog Challenge, the rules are simple:

1) Have a main point/takeaway
2) Keep it roughly less than 7 min - if you go over, chop the end or pick a completely different topic and try again.
3) You can rehearse as much as you want beforehand, but as soon as you hit record, you can't stop the camera and you can't edit anything out. No retakes. No edits.
