Form and Function™ is designed to restore the essential movements of the hands and upper body that support everyday independence. Led by Occupational Therapist Christina Johnson, this class combines active range of motion, fine motor control, grip strength, and functional task practice to improve both form (movement quality) and function (daily performance). From reaching and grasping to writing and dressing, every session targets the skills you need to stay capable and confident in your daily life.
