Quick removal of FID jet and cleaning

"Quick removal of FID jet and cleaning" video is a series of maintenance videos for the HAWK Pyrolysis, TOC and CC Instrument created by Wildcat Technologies, LLC in Humble, TX USA.

TIPS:
-The FID / Splitter heater block should be cold to prevent the jet from seizing while inserting to removing the Jet.
-We recommend the user under most circumstances not change the FID but use a light to verify the JET opening and clean it in-place.

When to perform maintenance:
The time between cleaning is dependent on several factors including
-total number of samples analyzed
-richness of samples analyzed
-weight of each sample analyzed

It is recommended that the split line cleaning including removal and cleaning of the FID jet be performed a minimum of once per month of full time operation.
