How to control fan (5-24V) speed over serial using Visual basic with your Arduino for $1 or less.

Just a couple notes:
Be sure to set the proper serial port in the VB code.
You need to use the latest arduino IDE for the code to be opened.
VB Code was made in Visual Basic Express 2010 which is a free download from microsoft
You can also use the serial monitor in the arduino IDE to control the fans. (Type "a","b" or "c" then you can type 1-9 for speeds or 0 to turn off)
You can also type the commands in all at one time "a0b0c0" would turn all off or "a9b9c9" would turn them all on
Fans 1/2/3 use arduino pins 3/5/6.
