🌟Ingredients List for your convenience:
GARLIC PASTE:
8 garlic bulbs, peeled
1/4 to 1/2 fresh lime juice
oil as needed to make paste
pinch of salt.
(this should not be salty at all, the salt/lime/oil act like natural preservatives)

SOFRITO (Green Seasoning):
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 bunch parsley
1 onion
1 garlic bulb
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
8 aji dulce, or sweet peppers
dried oregano, 1 tsp
1/2 fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
oil as needed to make as paste
(this should not be salty at all, the salt/lime/oil act like natural preservatives)
